Information about Charms
The Charms Office Assistant has become the unquestioned leader in cloud-based organization, management, and communication for successful organizations. The WHS Band utilizes Charms to maintain student and parent information in a private setting. Charms also allows maintenance of student band accounts and allows parents and students to view the funds and transactions in their own account.
The Charms website is: http://charmsoffice.com . At the top right it says "LOGIN". Parents/Students should click on the Parents/Students/Members option. To log in for the first time to set up an account, a parent/student must have the student's Willis High School Student ID#, which is the password. The username is: willishsband.
Charms now has a mobile app you may download. Charms Blue can be downloaded from the App Store.
