Who are the Boosters?
The boosters are any parent/gaurdian of a student in the Willis Band and Guard program. The boosters are a 501(c) organization that manage fundraising and other projects that are needed by the program. Parent volunteers are an intrigal part of how the program functions and ensures that our students are well served to the highest level.
How do I keep up with the Boosters?
The best way to gain information about the boosters is to attened the (insert frequency) booster meetings. There they will give you all the information you need for your student to be successful in our program. They will also give you a guide on how to volunteer and get involved with your student and the band program.
Another way we communicate is through our booster Facebook page and The Band App. At the booster meeting you'll be given an opportunity to scan a QR code to join either of those. You can also reach the booster board via email with questions or visit our FAQs page.
