  • Some of the language we use might not be what you are used to so we made a list to help.
  • What items does my student need for marching band?
All Instrumentalists must have the following items: Purple Willis Band and Guard Dri-fit, 2 Black Willis Band and Guard Dri-fits, Black Willis Band and Guard Shorts, Black Willis Band and Guard Hat, Black Willis Band Half-Zip, Black Compression Shorts, Black Garment Bag that is labeled with the student's name.
All Color Guard members must have the following items: Purple Willis Band/Guard Dri-fit, 2 Black Willis Band/Guard Dri-fits, Black Willis Band and Guard Shorts, Black Willis Guard Jacket, Black Garment Bag that is labeled with the student's name.

  • Do I have to buy the required band items individually?
No, NH Athletics has made things very easy for our families. The store has an option for "required band gear" package that makes it easy to purchase the required gear all at once. The store also allows you to purchase extra or replacement items.
Note:
Compression shorts and garment bags can be purchased in stores like Walmart, Target, or Academy as long as they match the requirements listed above.
  • I'm interested in enrolling my student in private lessons. What do I do?
We ask that you contact a director, then we will be able to put you and/or your student into contact with a trusted private lesson teacher. We have lesson teachers that maintain a partnership with our district who provide lessons to students at a price that we believe is fair. You are not required to use the private lesson staff that we recommened, however they will sync instruction with our districts expectations in a way that will be most benificial to your student.
  • Where will I recieve information for my student?
We use the Band App primarily to communicate with students and families on a regualar basis. Please email a director for a link to those or when can give you or your student a physical QR code in-person!
